Solis Florals is a Melbourne-based floral design studio rooted in Australian soil, symbolism, and storytelling. Our practice centers on Australian native flowers and dried florals, honouring the unique character of this land.

Australian Natives & The Art of Preservation

We work extensively with native Australian botanicals - both fresh and preserved. Firstly, this is a very sustainable practise to incorporate botanicals from our soil, and support our local farmers; and to also appreciate them in all of lifes form - from alive to dried. Watching this natural process, you see these florals shift their beauty from full luscious shapes to skeletal lines and negative space as time passes. Beautiful throughout its whole life cycle showing preservation is an art in itself: honouring longevity, memory, lifes rich stories, love and care.
